This is the best Zupas I’ve been too!! The staff welcomes you the minute you walk through the door. My niece and her husband were visiting and this was their first time at Zupas. The manager was so friendly and offered them samples of soups. We had delicious food in a clean and eclectic space. Great job Millcreek Zupas!

I have never been to a Cafe Zupas since I am from the West Coast and I loved it. Had a hard time picking out my soup since I enjoyed all the ones I sampled. Staff were welcoming. We had the Pesto Sandwich & Enchilada Soup and Turkey Club & Mushroom Bisque
I’m not usually one that leaves a review. But the customer service was so good that I felt I had to! I was helped by John who had a great energy and gave great recommendations as well as calorie and protein counts for the custom items I was requesting. The rest of the staff was also very kind and everyone greeted people as they walked through the door but not in a weird kind of way you see at some other places haha. Food was great as always but I specifically wanted to point out the customer service. Will be stopping by this location again!
Love this place. The food is pretty great but what really makes the difference is the staff. I've always been greeted warmly, they always bust their butt to get food out quickly, and they keep the dining area pretty clean for how busy they get. I appreciate having a healthy option in the plaza since I come here quite often, so it's an extra bonus that I also like the vibes.
We use this location for catering quite often, and usually with very short notice. The staff here is always very understanding of our needs and goes above and beyond to make sure our people are fed. They are never late, always communicative, and despite the often frantic circumstances, the quality never suffers. The location itself is bright, well spaced, and nicely decorated. It's a great spot for a lunch. A special shout-out to Becca, who's tireless efforts and excellent attention to detail keep me relatively sane.
First time at this location, the tomato soup could’ve been slightly better but overall really good food and I enjoyed the bonus strawberry.
